Increase in the price of commercial gas cylinders
According to IOCL data, the price of commercial gas cylinders has increased for the third consecutive month in all four metropolises of the country. In the country's capital Delhi, there has been an increase of Rs 28 and the price has reached Rs 1768.50.
Whereas in Kolkata, the prices have increased the most by Rs 31 and the price has reached Rs 1875.50. Commercial gas cylinder is cheapest in Mumbai. In March, it increased by Rs 28.5 and the price has reached Rs 1720.50.
In Chennai of the South, the price of commercial gas cylinder has reached the highest at Rs 1929. The prices have increased by Rs 29.5 here in the month of March.
How much has the increase been in three consecutive months?
According to IOCL data, commercial gas cylinder prices have risen for the third consecutive month in all four metropolitan cities. In Delhi, the capital, the price of a commercial gas cylinder has increased by ₹188 during this period.
Kolkata has seen the highest increase of ₹191.5. In Mumbai, the price of a commercial gas cylinder has increased by ₹189. In Chennai, the price of a commercial gas cylinder has increased by ₹189.5 over the past three consecutive months.
There is no change in the price of domestic gas cylinders.
On the other hand, no relief has been provided to the common people in the price of domestic gas cylinders before Holi. The special thing is that there has been no change in the price of domestic gas cylinders since April 8.
On that day also, gas companies had increased the price of gas cylinders by Rs 50. According to IOCL data, the price of domestic gas cylinders in the national capital Delhi remains at Rs 853.
